Caramel

Caramel malts are produced by using a process that favours the crystallization of sugars inside the grain. You can use these malts to add a strong or a light caramel-like taste to the beer; it all depends on your needs. Caramel malts also strengthen the beer’s body.

We can produce malts between 20 and 160 Lovibond degrees. You can order our 40, 60, 100, 120 and 160 Lovibond degrees malts in small quantities via our main distributor: Moût International.
